This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) outlines how Mr. Amit Guruh Sachdeva, a SEBI-registered Research Analyst bearing Registration No. INH100005190 (hereinafter referred to as the “Research Analyst”), collects, uses, stores, and protects the personal information of its Clients. This Policy is formulated in compliance with the SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations, 2014, and any amendments thereto, as well as other applicable data protection laws.

1.2 By availing the services of the Research Analyst, the Client consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described in this Policy.

• Any third party with the Client’s explicit consent.

5.1 The Research Analyst implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the Client’s personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

5.2 Despite these measures, the Research Analyst cannot guarantee absolute security, as no method of data transmission over the internet is completely secure.

6. RETENTION OF INFORMATION

6.1 The Research Analyst will retain the Client’s personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy or as required by law.

6.2 Once the retention period expires, the Research Analyst will securely delete or anonymize the Client’s personal information.

7. CLIENT RIGHTS

7.1 The Client has the right to:

• Access and review their personal information held by the Research Analyst.
• Request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
• Withdraw consent for the use of their personal information, subject to legal and contractual obligations.
• Request deletion of their personal information, subject to regulatory requirements.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
